Attacks on Ukrainians’ homes and the country’s heating and electricity infrastructure persist. This winter, the Estonian Refugee Council is providing winter support in the regions of Kharkiv, Kherson, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhya, where access to essential services is consistently disrupted, leaving many people unable to keep their homes warm in the cold months. As part of the 1,000 Days of War, 1,000 Warm Homes campaign the Estonian Refugee Council is collecting donations in November and December to support 1,000 households near the front lines with heating expenses. The support is meant for the whole winter season. Help Ukrainian families survive this winter of war—make a donation! #1000WarmHomes The Estonian Refugee Council has been working in Ukraine since 2014, providing humanitarian aid to those affected by the war and helping to restore their economic well being.
